You can now upgrade your Nokia phones firmware quickly, easily and safely without any special software or expensive equipment.

This was previously done using equipment like JAF or having to take the phone to a specialised Nokia service center, Nokia have now released a new free tool which will let you perform a firmware upgrade on your phone yourself, either through the air or using a datacable (usually the cable that comes with the phone)
